No-quibble returns

Thanks for ordering with us. More likely than not, you’ll love your items! But if there’s any reason you’re not happy with your order, then we’re not happy either. That’s why we offer fuss-free returns on all our items. Yay! 

 

🐯 How to Return Your Toby Tiger Clothes

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original labels and packaging (swing tags and clear bag).

- We’re happy to accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

To request a return:

1. Log in to your Toby Tiger account (or click the link above).

2. Find the item you’d like to return and click “Request Return.”

3. Choose a reason for your return and, if you like, add extra details in the notes section.

4. Click “Request Return.”

We’ll review your request within 72 hours and email you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

 

How to return your Bigjigs Toys order:

Simply email the following information to returns@bigjigstoys.co.uk and they will email you instructions for returning your product:

Order number (required)

Reason for return (required)

Products being returned (required)

Photos to show product defects (optional).

How to return your Threadbear Toys order:

Simply email the following information to help@threadbeardesign.com  and they will email you instructions for returning your product:

International customers

You can return your item/s using any delivery method you like. Don’t forget to fill out the returns form that came with your order and be sure to get proof of postage. If we don’t receive your return, we won’t be able to give you a refund. Sorry!

Faulty items

Please let us know if something’s gone wrong. It’s rare but it can happen from time to time. Please email us at info@tobytiger.co.uk and tell us the problem. We’ll then be in touch to tell you how we’re going to fix it. 

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange something for, say, a different size, the best thing to do is to buy the item again and return the original one to us in the same ways we’ve listed above. 

 

Toby Tiger shop

If you bought something from our Brighton shop, just head back within 28 days (or 14 days if it’s a sale item), along with your unused items and receipt. We can sort it out for you straight away. 


If you want to return something you bought from one of our lovely independent stockists, you’ll need to get in touch with them.
