By partnering with SuperLooper, we are now offering you the chance to give your outgrown clothes a second life and earn money towards your next Toby Tiger purchase. With our Return & Earn program, you can easily and quickly send in your pre-loved clothes and get cash off your next order with us. It's a win-win situation for everyone!
How it works
Our Return & Earn program is super easy to use! In addition, we've partnered with SuperLooper, a pre-loved clothing library, to keep our clothes in circulation longer.
Once they receive your clothes, they'll inspect them and add them to the SuperLooper library for others to borrow. Then, we'll give you a voucher for your next Toby Tiger purchase. The more clothes you send in, the bigger the coupon you'll receive!
We accept all types of clothing, from tops and bottoms to hats and dungarees. You only need to package up your items and post them to Superlooper. They then handle the rest – including inspections, repairs and cleaning if required. We also offer free return labels to make it as easy as possible. They don't even need to be Toby Tiger items you purchase from us directly! If you bought them from one of our amazing stockists you can still return them to Superlooper.

What will I get?
When you send your outgrown clothes to SuperLooper, you'll get a voucher based on the grade and category price of the products. The voucher amount will depend on the quality of the clothes sent:

What happens to my pre-loved clothes?
At Toby Tiger, we want to ensure your clothing can be pre-loved and passed on to others. That's why we've partnered with SuperLooper, an independent social enterprise specialising in providing high-quality pre-loved baby and children's clothing for rental.
By sending us your outgrown clothes, we can ensure that they get a second life and are worn by other children to enjoy. Their team will inspect your clothes, take care of them, and rent them out to others.
SuperLooper only takes wearable clothes for rental, so if your little one has had a lot of fun in their clothes and you don't think they can be passed on and worn again, we recommend up-cycling them into something new or recycling them locally.
We're really proud to be working with SuperLooper as part of our Return & Earn program, helping to reduce waste, extend the life cycle of clothing and give families a chance to earn money off their next order with Toby Tiger.
Terms & conditions
- Toby Tiger X SuperLooper is currently only available to UK residents
- This free post service is separate from our Toby Tiger standard free post returns for the newly purchased product
- The money-back percentage is an introductory offer and may change in the future
- SuperLooper grading decision is independent of Toby Tiger
- There is no minimum order value that needs to be met to use your vouchers
- Vouchers are based on the average total price per category (see table above)
- Vouchers are not dependent on the exact price paid
- If you end up with more than one voucher code, please email info@tobytiger.co.uk to consolidate them
