The Promotion
1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Frog Bikes and Toby Tiger
2. The Promotion will run from 09.00 am on 17 March 2025 (GMT) up to and including 23:59 on 30 March 2025 the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged over 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian aged over 18. Employees and Trustees of Frog Bikes and Toby Tiger are unable to enter the competition.
Entry Requirements
4. To enter, participants must comment with a Frog emoji (🐸) on any of the ‘World Frog Day’ posts on @frogbikes and @welovetobytiger social media pages within the ‘Promotional Period’ - on Instagram, Facebook or X (Twitter)
The Prize
5. The winning participant (“The Prize Winner”) will win a Frog Bikes Tadpole Mini balance bike in electric blue and a Toby Tiger Frog hoodie and Frog t-shirt, perfect for 18 months - 2 year-olds (subject to availability). The winner will be picked at random from qualifying entries. The winner may be shared on the Frog Bikes’ and Toby Tiger social media pages.
6. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
7. The Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted through Frog Bikes' social media account within 7 days of the closing date of 30 March 2025. The Prize Winner will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. The Prize Winner must consent that their details will be shared with Frog Bikes to arrange delivery of the bike and with Toby Tiger to arrange delivery of the Frog hoodie and Frog t-shirt. If there is no response after 7 days, a new Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted.
Promotional Rights
8. By submitting their entry to The Promotion, participants agree to grant Frog Bikes and Toby Tiger the right to free reproduction and exhibition of the entry in all media to promote Frog Bikes. The copyright of entry remains with the entrant.
9. Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities, but their acceptance is not a requirement of the promotion.
10. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
